Advocate Rajat Kumar Panda
Advocate Rajat Panda is a litigation and dispute resolution practitioner with a distinctive blend of judicial and advocacy experience. He earned his LL.B. in 2014 from Utkal University and LL.M. in 2015 from the prestigious West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences (NUJS), Kolkata. In 2016, Mr. Panda successfully cleared the Odisha Judicial Service Examination in his very first attempt and was appointed as a Civil Judge. During his tenure of over six years, he served in various districts of Odisha, adjudicating a wide range of civil and criminal matters. His experience on the Bench provided him with invaluable insight into judicial reasoning, courtroom dynamics, and the practical application of law. After taking voluntary retirement from judicial service in 2022, Mr. Panda resumed legal practice as an Advocate before the High Court of Orissa and various courts and tribunals across India. His prior judicial experience enables him to approach every matter with a strategic perspective, anticipating legal issues and crafting solutions that are both legally sound and commercially practical. Mr. Panda advises and represents clients in criminal, civil, matrimonial, and commercial disputes, with a strong focus on litigation strategy, dispute resolution, and effective courtroom advocacy. He is known for his analytical approach, meticulous preparation, and ability to simplify complex legal issues into practical, outcome-oriented solutions. It would also not be out of place to mention here that Mr. Panda is also currently serving as the Retainer Counsel for Enforcement Directorate, Govt. of India, in the Hon’ble High Court of Orissa.
