Advocate Rajat Panda is a litigation and dispute resolution practitioner with a distinctive blend of judicial and advocacy experience. He earned his LL.B. in 2014 from Utkal University and LL.M. in 2015 from the prestigious West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences (NUJS), Kolkata. In 2016, Mr. Panda successfully cleared the Odisha Judicial Service Examination in his very first attempt and was appointed as a Civil Judge. During his tenure of over six years, he served in various districts of Odisha, adjudicating a wide range of civil and criminal matters. After taking voluntary retirement from judicial service in 2022, Mr. Panda resumed legal practice as an Advocate before the High Court of Orissa and various courts and tribunals across India.
